Many of our patients wonder what's involved in getting veneers. The process takes two to three visits. The first visit includes a discussion and consultation about your need for veneers. We will determine shape as well as set expectations. We take the time to ensure the very best results. Once we have a clear plan of action, we will move to the next step.
Your teeth are prepped for the placement of the veneers. This process can be done on your first or second visit to our office. Even though veneers are very thin, they still add to the thickness of your teeth. We will prepare your teeth for the additional thickness. Then we make an impression of your teeth.
We will send your dental impression to our lab. The lab will fabricate your new veneers. The process is highly exact and state of the art. It may take up to two weeks to complete the fabrication. Once the veneers are ready, you will come in to have them placed on your teeth. The only thing left is for you to get ready for all of the compliments you will get on your new smile.
